Dear Preliminary Contestant:

We are excited to announce the dates for the upcoming season of official preliminaries to the Miss Florida USA® Pageants!  In order to compete in the Miss Florida USA or Teen Pageant, you must first win (or place as a finalist in) a preliminary pageant.

Contestants will be judged in three categories: personality interview (which will take place on stage), swimsuit, and evening gown. There will not be a talent competition or an opening number.

The winner of each pageant will receive an exciting prize package, including their entry fee (valued at up to $1750) paid to compete in the televised Miss Florida USA or Miss Florida Teen Pageant, as well as an exciting prize package designed to help them prepare for the state competition!

Young women meeting all eligibility requirements (see the rules and regulations section of your application) can enter by downloading and completing the Official Entry Form and returning it to:

Along with your completed entry form, you will also need to submit a recent head-to-toe snapshot of yourself, a copy of your birth certificate, a student ID, and your non-refundable entry/registration fee (payable to Chelsee Productions, LLC).  You will also need to submit a headshot or close-up photo (does not need to be a professional headshot) for the program book.  This photo (along with any photos used in ad spaces sold by the contestants) will be used in judging the photogenic competition.
